Cattlemen of old drove their herds along the stock routes between Cobargo and Bermagui in search of new pasture and would stop at the creek in Coolagolite to breakfast. Evidence of these breakfast spots can still be seen with old peach and apple trees flowering every spring.
Nestled between paddock and beach, Breakfast Creek Vineyard enjoys views of Mt Gulaga, while relishing the balance between the country air of Cobargo and salty sea breeze of Bermagui.
Vines are grown, and wines handcrafted on the premises using sustainable farming methods coupled with modest wine making production. All wines are made using minimal sulphites, are vegan friendly and organically hand-crafted.
All wines are produced at Breakfast Creek with the process of Vine to Wine and are completed by all three generations of the family.
Breakfast Creek Vineyard is currently closed for walk-in sales and tastings, however large group bookings and events can be arranged by contacting them directly. Wines can also be purchased each Thursday at the Bermagui Growers and Makers Market, held at the Bermagui Country Club
